These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Opra’s cyber security services and website.
1. Services
We provide offensive and defensive cyber security services, including penetration testing, red team / blue team operations, vulnerability assessment, incident response, digital forensics, and security auditing & compliance support. The exact scope, targets and testing windows of each engagement are agreed in writing before any work begins.
2. Authorisation & rules of engagement
Security testing is performed only against systems you own or are lawfully authorised to test. You warrant that you have the authority to grant this permission. A signed scope and rules-of-engagement document — including in-scope assets, excluded systems and agreed test windows — is a precondition to any testing.
3. Quotations & payment
Prices are quoted per engagement and are valid for 30 days. We issue a simplified (non-VAT) invoice for each engagement. We are not VAT-registered, therefore invoices state VAT at 0%. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
All findings, reports and information obtained during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential and are shared only with your designated contacts. Reports and evidence are transmitted through secure channels and retained only as long as needed, then securely destroyed.
5. Deliverables
Each engagement concludes with a written report containing an executive summary, technical findings, risk ratings and prioritised remediation guidance. A retest of the identified issues is included as defined in your engagement agreement.
6. Liability
Testing is conducted with due care using non-destructive techniques wherever possible; however, security testing carries inherent risk. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
